LayupAI provides an AI-powered receptionist and business communication platform that includes:
AI-powered phone call handling and routing
Automated appointment scheduling and reminders
Customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Business analytics and reporting
Integration with third-party business tools
You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your plan.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed in our billing system. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees incurred.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refunds for other circumstances are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If payment is not received by the due date, your service may be suspended until payment is received.
You agree to use LayupAI services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to use the Service:

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

Beta features are provided "as-is" and may be modified or removed without notice.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LayupAI and its licensors.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By using LayupAI, you grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve our services.
We may use anonymized data from your usage to improve our AI models, while protecting your privacy and confidential information.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms or for other conduct that we determine to be harmful to our service or users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data as required by law and our data retention policies.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, about the Service's reliability or suitability.
AI responses may not always be perfect. You acknowledge that AI technology has limitations and you use the Service at your own risk.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
